Pox/UE Overpowered

Being a 95 ED I find it a bit annoying level 85 mages can hit me to really low red with just one UE especially with all the lower level mages running around town pking
UE was strong on real tibia back then because chars mattered and you couldnt risk a deletion/ban killing everyone on screen I think it needs to be regulated by making it cost 90% mana or reducing the damage by at least 30-40%
I made this change on my old war PvP server and PvP was a lot more fair and players stuck around because mages weren't running around 1 shotting everyone
Just my thoughts :p
