Server Is Down&House Availability

Administrator Samuel NSC,
The server is down I would like for it to come back on and if you could prevent the crashes that'd be great as well. Just wondering if you have an auto restarter. I was also wondering if you were going to fix the bug that prevents items being sent to the depot after the house has been left or sold. There are 67 houses where the owner hasn't been logged in for at least 14 days. Maybe a command that can delete the owner of a house that hasn't been logged in for 14 days could be created.
